My Guru Mahatria’s words linger in my consciousness, setting the stage for the launch of Kaivalya! Such dedicated and disciplined efforts are apparent in the organising of the function by my dear friends Sushama, Ranga & Raman! With loved ones all around, the time dawns and the book is unveiled. The first words of Swami Atmaghanananda Ji are ‘I can’t say no to her!’ – he had said that when we first called as well… It’s my mother’s turn and she begins with an urdu poem quoting how villagers not knowing the value of sandal wood use it to light the fire for cooking… ‘My intimacy with Gita must not hinder in my perceiving her’ she says & I am already brimming with tears… I can’t even recall the exact words of my dad – I just know I was choking with such deep gratitude & love from so deep within, it took all my effort not to just let the tears roll right then and there… So many well wishers and relatives – each one there to genuinely wish me well… I reach home to retire for the night and find the letter my mother (in-law) had silently given me at the beginning of the function… With my daughter & husband hugging me, it was time to let the tears flow…
என் அன்பு மகளுக்கு,
‘ஈன்ற பொழுதில் பெருத்துவக்கும் தன் மகனை சான்றோன் என கேட்ட தாய்’ என்பது உலக வழக்கு. அனைவரும் அரிந்ததே.
உணர்ச்சி பூர்வமாக பிறந்த உடலும் உயிருமான குழந்தை தன் தாய்க்கு அளிக்கின்ற ஆத்மதிறுப்தியை விவரித்து கூறவும் இயலுமோ?
அதைவிட இன்னும் பல படி மேலான, ஆழ்ந்த அறிவினாலும், தெளிந்த சிந்தனையாலும் உதித்த, அரிவுக்குழந்தயை கையில் ஏந்தி நிற்கின்றாய் என் மகளே !
தன் எழுத்தாற்றலினாலும், மேம்பட்ட சிந்தனைகளினாலும் உலகிற்கு நன்கு அறிமுகப்பட்ட கிருஷ்ணஸ்வாமி, மோகனா தம்பதியரின் தவப்புதல்வியல்லவா நீ !
‘தாய் எட்டடி பாய்ந்தால் குட்டி பதினாரு அடி பாயும்’ என்ற உண்மையை மறுபடி ‘Junior’ குட்டி புலியையும் அழைத்து வந்து நிரூபித்து விட்டாய் என் மகளே !
குடத்திலிட்ட விளக்காய் இருந்த உன்னை குன்றத்திலிட்ட விளக்காய் ஒளிவீச, உலகத்திற்கு வெளிகாட்டிய ‘கிரி’ என்ற நிறுவனத்தையும் நான் நன்றியுடன் நினைவு கூர்வேன் என் மகளே !
பெரியவர்கள் சொன்னால் கேட்டுக்கணும் என்ற வார்த்தைகள் மலையேறிவிட்டது.
‘ராமன் தன் பெருமையை நிலைநாட்ட சீதையை தீக்குளிக்க வைத்தது சரியா? கண்ணகி தன் இயலாமைகாக ஊரையே அழித்தது சரியா?’ என்ற கேள்விகள் இளையதலைமுறை மனதில் அலைபாய்ந்து கொண்டு இருக்கிறது. இதற்கெல்லாம் காலத்திற்கேற்ப பதில்கிடைத்தால்தான் இளைய தலைமுறை ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளும்.
நீ உன்னுடைய ‘கைவல்யா’வில் புதிய கோணத்தில் இதிகாச புராண குணத்சித்திரங்கள், ஒருவரை ஒருவர் விமர்சிப்பதும் உரையாடுவதும் ஒரு புதிய முயற்சியாகும். புதிய தலைமுறை உன்னை திரிம்பி பார்க்க வைத்து விட்டாய் என் மகளே !
வெற்றி படிகட்டில் முதல்படி வைத்துள்ள என் குழந்தாய், நீ விண்ணை தொடும் நாளை ஆவலுடன் எதிர்பார்த்து நிற்கின்றேன் என் மகளே !
என்னடா, ‘அம்மா மாதிரி’ சட்டபடி அம்மா என்ற வார்த்தைகளை எல்லாம் பொய்யாக்கிவிட்டு உன்னுடைய மாதில அம்மாவாக இல்லாமல் நிஜ அம்மாவாகவே உணர்வதால் உன்னை அடிக்கடி ‘என் மகளே’ என்று அழைத்தேன் உணர்ச்சி பூர்வமாக!
